Shipping Questions
When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched, with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to UK addresses, with no minimum spend.
My tracking hasn't updated, what should I do?
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch. If nothing has moved after that, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we can usually update it. Email us as soon as you can with your order number and the correct address.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
