  2. We'll reply by email

    A real person reads every request. We aim to email you with your options within one business day. If you're sending something back, that email will include your Return Reference Number and where to send it.

  3. Post it back

    Pack your items securely, write your Return Reference Number on the parcel and send it with a tracked service. Return postage is at your cost.

How long do I have to return something?

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Send this form within that window and we'll take it from there.
What condition do items need to be in?

Unused, in original condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. We can't accept anything that has been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
How does the gift card option work?

We email you a gift card for the price you paid for the items plus an extra 10%. Gift cards never expire. Return postage is at your cost.
What if I want a refund to my original payment method?

That's the first option on the form. Your refund goes back to your original payment method, and return postage is at your cost. Full details are in our refund policy.
How do exchanges work?

When will I get my refund or gift card?

Within 14 days of us receiving your return, or of you sending proof of postage if that's sooner. Your bank may take a few days more to show a refund.
When should I post my parcel?

Only after you've heard from us. We'll email your Return Reference Number and the address to send your parcel to. Please don't use any return address printed on your original parcel.
