We wanted a shop that gives you what you came for, and then some. Plenty of online stores get you to checkout and leave you to it. We'd rather take care over the details that usually get skipped: honest product descriptions, fabric and care information wherever we have it, and clear photos of what you're actually buying.
It also means being straightforward about the practical side. Shipping is free on every UK order, our policies are written in plain English, and when you get in touch, you'll hear back from a real person rather than an automated loop.
